Read on to learn about our shipping times, delays and other important shipping information.  Sometimes nature and weather can happen and cause shipping delays.

We have no control over shipping times when bad weather hits. Some cities and states have worse weather than others, which can cause problems for the mailman to get to certain places during snow, ice or other bad weather conditions.

So if you have a shipment that is late, make sure and check the weather around the areas from the route your package is coming from, before contacting us about the shipment. Sometimes we just have to have a little patience and wait a bit longer, but I promise it will get there.
