Our Shipping Promise

Every order is packed with care and shipped fresh from our studio. We currently ship through USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Processing Times

• Standard in-stock orders: 2–3 business days

• Large orders: extra processing time may be required

• Custom orders: minimum 1 week for preparation before shipping

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $75 ship free

• Orders under $75: calculated at checkout

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
