Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, beauty, skincare, personal care, or hygiene products cannot be returned. So most of our product fall into this non-returnable category for health and safety reasons.

We do not offer any kind of cash refunds for any reason. All refunds will be given in the form of a digital gift card or store credits to be used on Southern Homemadables.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund credits will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account on Southern Homemadeables.
If you haven’t received a refund credit yet, first check your gift card account balance again.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, send us an email at {support@southernhomemadeables.com}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
To return your product, you should contact me for the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At Southern Homemadeables, we take pride in our handmade Bath, Beauty & Skincare products and want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If you experience a quality issue or receive a damaged product, we are more than happy to offer a store credit or a digital gift card for the same value—no cash refunds, no exceptions.
That said, we do not issue replacements for personal preference concerns, such as the feel or texture of a product. Additionally, fragrance and flavor oils can vary depending on the source, meaning some scents or flavors may be naturally stronger or lighter than others. We have no control over these variations, so we cannot offer replacements for differences in scent or flavor intensity.
