Due to Hygienic Reasons
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on skincare and beauty products. This policy is in place to protect the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.
Exceptions
The only exception is for products damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
We thank you for understanding that handcrafted, fresh skincare cannot be resold once shipped.
