Frequently Asked Questions

Do you make all of your products from scratch?

Yes, I make all of our products using my own special recipes that I created. All of our handmade products are made in small batches right here at home, in my kitchen.

Are your handmade products all-natural?

Most of our products use all-natural ingredients.  We use the minimal .5% preservative in all water based products that require it. But some of our products are 100% preservative free. We only use Optiphen Plus for our preservative, which is both paraben and formaldehyde free.

Are your products organic?

We do use some Organic Ingredients in some of our products. While they are not fully Organic, some of the products use over half organic ingredients. 

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We have a few special places we get our ingredients from. We use Bulk Apothecary, Crafters Plus, Blossom Bulk, Wholesale Botanics, Formulator Shop, Fragrance Buddy and several more great places.

Are all of your products Cruelty-Free?

Yes! All of our handmade goodies are always Cruelty Free. We never test our products on any animals or critters. We only test our products on ourselves, family, friends and neighbors. However, we do have two single products that contain beef collagen powder. All other products are free of any animal ingredients.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we only accept returns for broken or damaged items. For health reasons, beauty, body and skincare products can not be returned. These items are of a very sensitive nature and therefore cannot be accepted back for returns because of bacteria contamination and safety reasons. If you have any problems with your order, contact me to find a resolution.

What payments do you accept?

At the moment as we head into the new year of 2025, we are now accepting Paypal, Venmo, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GPay, Apple Pay, and Gift Cards. I will be adding Cash App in as  payment option in the near future.
