Ingredients
1 Whole Pork Tenderloin
1/2 Large Can Pineapple Juice
1 Bottle Teriyaki Marinade
2 Tbspns Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Whole Onion Chopped
1 Tbspn Ground Black Pepper
1 Tspn Salt
1 Tspn Chopped Or Dried Basil
Directions
- First thing we need to do is mix all of our ingredients together in a large pan and marinate the tenderloin in this mixture overnight. Make sure to flip the tenderloin over about halfway through marinating to get both sides marinated good.
- Once the meat has marinated overnight, it is time to get the grill or smoker ready to slow cook it all day.
- Once your grill is hot and ready, pour everything into a grill pan that can hold all those juices, and make sure the meat is covered with the rest of the marinade mixture.
- Cover your pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil and slow cook this Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin for at least 8 – 10 hours.
- Remove from smoker or grill and drain the rest of the juices off. It should be falling apart by now, transfer it to your favorite dish and enjoy this mouth watering taste teaser.
Notes
- Enjoy on buns as a sweet smoked Hawaiin bbq sandwich or enjoy with summer all time favorite grilling sides.
