Creamy strawberry banana pudding that is sure to please those taste buds. A different twist on the classic banana pudding recipe. The strawberries just add a little twang to offset the rich creamy sweetness of the cookies, bananas, and pudding.

Ingredients

  • 3 boxes of instant banana cream pudding mix

  • 3 large banana

  • about 10 large strawberries

  • 6 cups 2% milk

  • 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies

Directions

  • Chop your bananas and strawberries into slices.
  • In a large bowl, layer a layer of cookies and the a layer of fruit on top of the cookies.
  • In a large bowl, mix your milk and pudding with a whisk for just 2 minutes.
  • Pour 1/2 of your pudding over this layer of fruit and cookies.
  • Now make another layer of cookies and fruit over the pudding mixture.
  • Next, pour the rest of your pudding over this layer of fruit and cookies.
  • Now you can either line the top with one last layer of fruit or you can crumble up the remaining cookies and layer over the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the cookies can soften.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you do not like strawberries, you can substitute with blueberries if you like.

Hi, I'm Stacy. I love blogging about beauty, skincare, DIY, crafting, gardening, natural living, and free printables. It's so much fun helping my readers discover tips, tricks, articles, and recipes. Plus, it's even better when I can help them learn to save money! I am mom to 3 children - an adorable little dwarf hamster named Squishy and 2 kitties named Katherine and Nola. In addition to blogging, I also singlehandedly create all the recipes, do all the product research, craft all the products, build and design my websites, plus handle all the SEO work myself... oh yeah... and I'm the blogger for both The Southern Journal and Southern Homemadeables. In my spare time (which is rare) I enjoy reading books, cooking, being anywhere on the water, flower gardening, spending good times with friends & family, and listening to music.
