Fresh citrusy goodness your family will love. This Baked Citrus Rubbed Tilapia will hit the spot without all the greasy calories from the fryer. Pairs well with fresh greens.


  • 4 Large Tilapia Filets

  • 4 Tbspns Tropical Citrus Seasoning

  • 1 Large Lemon

  • 1 Tbspn Chopped or Dried Basil

  • 2 Tbspns Ground Black Pepper

  • Salt for Taste As Desired

  • 1 Tbspn Thyme


  • Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray of your choice.
  • Mix all of your seasonings and herbs together in a small bowl.
  • Rub your fish down with this mixture on both sides.
  • Cut your lemon in half and squeeze a bit of lemon juice all over each piece of fish.
  • Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 20 – 25 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the fish. 25 minutes for crispier fish.
